About Our Paper
Our seed paper is very special it is unlike any other seed paper and this is why...
Firstly, it works.
When Ruby & Bo seed paper products are planted, the seeds germinate, the paper composts away, and all that remains are flowers.
But don't take our word for it, you can see lots of our customer growing shots on our Instagram page.
Secondly, we only use non-invasive native British seeds.
The seeds you will find in our paper have been exclusively selected by Ruby & Bo to support bees and other pollinators.
Our paper contains more varieties of seed than any other seed paper we have ever come across and delivers genuine variety for the conservation of our buzzy friends. We like bees, and bees like variety.
This is why we proudly carry the Royal Horticultural Society's (RHS) 'Plants for Pollinators' badge on our products.
Thirdly, our paper is handmade in the UK by Artisan papermakers
It's not machine made and it is not mass made. It is made sheet by sheet by a small team of highly skilled makers.
It is the making process that ensures our high germination rate.. amazing seeds are quite useless if they are damaged in the production process.
